NYCO celebrated the thirtieth anniversary of the start of production of Turbonycoil 600, an STD/SPC grade synthetic turbine lubricating oil.
Since the very beginning of production, namely since 1985, this oil has been continuously used in military and civil aviation worldwide due to its high performance in a wide variety of applications and conditions.
Since Turbonycoil 600 was approved for use by major aircraft engine manufacturers (including General Electric, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Rolls-Royce, Snecma, Klimov, Turbomeca and CFMI), it has logged more than 60 million hours in military and civil aviation, including helicopter applications. This oil is also used to service stationary auxiliary equipment incorporated into industrial gas turbine systems based on the aircraft gas turbine engine.
Turbonycoil 600, which meets the requirements of the MIL-PRF-23699 specification, is an STD grade lubricating oil that exhibits no sludge formation during use and has exceptional lubricating properties. The oil formula contains carefully selected antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives.
