SYNTHETIC HYDRAULIC FLUID
DESCRIPTION
Hydraunycoil FH 2 is a synthetic hydraulic fluid based on a blend of poly-alpha-olefins and diesters, with a viscosity of 15 cSt at 40°C and a viscosity index of 125.
It contains anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives. Its operating temperature range is – 40°C to + 205°C without air intake. It is supplied with a controlled particulate contamination level.
FH 2 is a substitute to MIL-PRF-5606/H-515 (petroleum based oils): reducing fire hazard due to high flash point, fire point and auto-inflammation temperature, evaporation loss is highly reduced.
APPLICATIONS

DESCRIPTION
Hydraunycoil FH 3 is a synthetic hydraulic fluid based on a blend of poly-alpha-olefins (PAO) and synthetic esters, with a viscosity of 15 cSt at 40°C, and a viscosity index of 125. It combines most of the features of Hydraunycoil FH 2 (MIL-PRF-83282/H-537) with strong anti-rust properties and protection from galvanic corrosion.
The undyed, pale yellow, Hydraunycoil FH 3, NATO code H-544, is micro-filtered.
APPLICATIONS
Hydraunycoil FH 3 is primarily used in tank recoil mechanism and hydraulic systems of ground equipment. It enables safer handling and operation at high temperature compared to the previous generation of petroleum-based fluids that exhibit low flash and fire points.

PETROLEUM-BASED SHOCK STRUT FLUID
DESCRIPTION
Hydraunycoil FH 5 AW is a petroleum-based fluid with a viscosity of 14 cSt at 40°C. It contains a specific additive package to improve the fluid lubricity and extreme-pressure properties.
As it retains fluidity down to -54°C, it is an efficient shock absorber during landing, even after prolonged high altitude cruise.
APPLICATIONS
Landing gear shock struts of commercial aircrafts. Intended for use notably on Airbus & Boeing landing gears.
Hydraunycoil FH 5 AW is not a preservative fluid and shall not be used on landing gears under storage. Use Hydraunycoil FH 6 AW instead.
