Multi-purpose or special-purpose mineral and synthetic greases for extreme applications (low and high temperatures, high speed and pressure, saline, corrosive, humid environments), compliant with civil, military aviation and industrial constraints.
 
To be applied to the airframe, slats, flaps, heavy loads, tail horizontal stabilizer (THS), actuators, bearings, doors, landing gears, wheels, jacks, rudders, line replaceable units (LRU) and also as an anti-seize or assembly compound, protection grease, etc.

NYCOLUBE® 11B

DESCRIPTION
Nycolube 11B is a synthetic lubricating oil with a viscosity of 13 cSt at 40°C, based on neopolyol esters.
It is inhibited against oxidation and corrosion.

NYCOLUBE 21

SYNTHETIC LUBRICATING OIL

DESCRIPTION
Nycolube 21 is based on a blend of a petroleum base stock and a polysiloxane.

APPLICATIONS
Nycolube 21 is a general aviation lubricant and more specifically intended for the lubrication of bearings and friction assemblies and of gyroscopic and electronic instruments. Its operating temperature range is -65°C to +170°C.

Nycolube 21 can also be used instead of OKB 122-3 / 122-4 / 122-14 – types 132-07 / 10 / 19 / 20 – TU 6-02-897 lubricants.

DESCRIPTION
Nycolube 30 is a petroleum lubricating oil with a minimum viscosity of 11 cSt at 40°C.
It is inhibited against corrosion and has water-displacing properties.

APPLICATIONS
Nycolube 30 is a general purpose preservative oil for military equipment and is
primarily used to protect weapons of all calibers from rust during storage.
Nycolube 30 remains fluid at very low temperature and can be used down to -50°C
in applications where lubrication capability and rust-protection are required.

NYCOLUBE® 210

DESCRIPTION
Nycolube 210 is a high performance solvent free two stroke engine oil based on a complex ester and
a package of ashless additives improving the lubricity and oxidattion resistance.

APPLICATIONS
Nycolube 210 is intended for the lubrication of two stroke gasoline engines operating with unleaded regular fuels. It has to be used
at the manufacturer’s recommended fuel/oil ratio (up to 1/100).
Nycolube 210 has been qualified with the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) according to TC-W3 standard
(approval No RL 91506H).
Although Nycolube 210 has been developed for water cooled two stroke engine, it can be used in air cooled 2-stroke engine as well,
meeting the requirements of API TC+ standard. It has successfully passed the Husqvarna 266 engine test.

NYCOLUBE 294 is a fully synthetic engine oil manufactured from high performance
synthetic base oils with a blend of selected system of additives.


APPLICATIONS
NYCOLUBE 294 is intended for heavy duty military applications operating in wide
temperature range.
The product is suitable for the lubrication of engines, hydraulic systems, automatic and manual gearbox using EMT-8
type oil, transmissions, clutch and steering systems of military vehicles requiring O-1178 performances.
Due to modern and complex additive system (detergent-dispersant, oxidation, wear, corrosion, foam inhibitors)
